Open your heart, foster a cat, and change a life!
FosterAbout
We need your help!
Foster homes are vital to The Cat House, providing a safe and nurturing environment for cats who need extra care. By offering temporary homes, foster families help ease the overcrowding in shelters, allowing shelters to rescue more cats. Foster care is especially important for kittens, senior cats, and those that may require certain medications, giving them the personalized attention they need to thrive. It also helps cats adjust to home life, making them more adoptable. With the help of fosters, we can give more cats a second chance at finding their forever homes.
The Cat House will provide all supplies needed by the foster families, they provide the space and love! We provide all veterinary care and any medications as well. Contact us if you are interested in becoming a short-term or long-term foster home!
Please note that short-term foster homes are responsible for their own transportation.
To ensure that those who are seriously interested in adopting/fostering can spend time with the cats, priority is given to visitors who have submitted an adoption/foster application, whether or not they have been interviewed and approved to adopt/foster.
