Maybe this doesn’t seem like the most exciting news to some of you, but we’re pretty thrilled at being able to see some construction progress after months of demolition work! We have installed a seamless epoxy/polymer flooring material in most of the building. This floor will be easy to clean and disinfect (and it looks great, too). The pictures below show the area next to our lower-level entry, and a close-up of the new floor next to existing tile.
We have also finalized the floor plan and have been scouting out bargains for things like mop sinks and door handles. Next up – framing the walls! Our move date is still to be determined, but likely early to mid-March 2015.
