In spite of Connelly’s serious expression in this picture, he is a playful cat who enjoys toys and other cats.  Connelly was estimated to have been born in early 2015.  He was found as a stray cat in Texas, and brought to Nebraska by a shelter trying to help out the overcrowded Texas facility.  Connelly was found to have FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), a condition that suppresses his immune system, and that shelter transferred Connelly to The Cat House.  Cats with FIV can live a normal lifespan with minimal extra care; ask our volunteers for more information.  Apply to adopt Connelly here.
