Rally is estimated to have been born in 2008. He was neutered through The Cat House’s trap-neuter-return in 2011, and continued to live outdoors. Somehow, he found his way to a mobile home park a few miles away, and was picked up there in early 2022, when management was trying to remove all free-roaming cats from the park. Since Rally had become friendly to people, he moved into our shelter to find a new home. Rally can take a bit (but not long!) to trust new people, but once he is sure that you’re worthy of his affection, he enjoys pets. He’s also great at letting you know when he’s ready for dinner!
